Who we are

Clare Pollock is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health, with special interest areas in Infant Mental Health (with children under 5) and family therapy. At the centre of Clare’s practice is a fundamental belief that a child’s best resources are their close relationships with their trusted grown ups. Clare is passionate about working with children and these grown ups to support the child’s mental health, social and emotional wellbeing, and longer term health outcomes. She does this flexibly and responsively through the use of attachment, relational and neurobiological frameworks alongside an array of therapeutic modalities. Clare is a warm, energetic and enthusiastic facilitator, dedicated to supporting children and parents in the early years and beyond.

Meredith Reid is an experienced Infant Mental Health Clinician and Social Worker with over 25 years of practice across government mental health services and non-government organisations. Meredith is dedicated to building the capacity of clinicians and services to understand and respond to the mental health needs of infants and young children. Her work is driven by a commitment to improving outcomes during the critical first 1000 days of life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Applied Mental Health Studies (Perinatal and Infant), along with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Meredith is passionate about fostering meaningful change and supporting the social and emotional development of children. Outside of her professional life, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family and walks in the forest.
